I had the best pedicure I've ever had here! It's a very relaxing environment and they take great care with amazing attention to detail. I loved it so much that I booked a 60-minute massage the next day and it did not disappoint! The room was very peaceful, dimly lit with soothing music playing and the massage left me feeling incredibly relaxed. The owners are very friendly and their pricing is very reasonable. The best massage ever!!
There are many affordable massage options in Playa del Carmen, but this is the place to come for a high-end spa experience at a wonderful price. We treated ourselves to the two-hour scrub and massage treatment. At just $50 per person, the price was unbeatable and the experience was perfect from beginning to end. My husband deemed this the best massage of his life. - Anne
Relaxing Environment
Lovely Spa, spotlessly clean with very pleasant staff. I went for a hot stones massage – my favorite. I have had hot stone massages all over the world so know what is a good hot stones massage and what is not. The young lady who gave me the massage was lovely, very calm and personable and her massage technique was very good. The atmosphere was peaceful and promoted relaxation. I would recommend this spa to anyone who wants to treat themselves to an “hour away from the world” for any type of massage – not just hot stones.
Amazing hidden gem
My boyfriend and I were staying in playa for vacation and were looking for a good spa for massages when we got recommended this gem!! Elisabetta and her team are amazing! One of the best massages I've ever gotten. We chose the holistic couples massage which was amazing. At the end of our massage we were given a gift which was a bottle of prosecco with grapes it was such a nice way to end such a relaxing experience. This spa is a must when visiting playa! . - Emma

If only we could give 6 stars we would! The BEST therapists, the nicest atmosphere... One always feels as if you have arrived at your best friends house, received with a lovely smile and delicious coffee.. And things only get better after that!

Elisabetta is just the best
Quinto Elemento Spa is the best spa in Playa del Carmen! My husband and I both got facials and they were excellent! We could see a HUGE difference in our skin! I also got a fabulous manicure and pedicure there as well with my daughter. The staff is so kind and amazing. Elisabetta is just the BEST! I highly recommend this spa!!!! - Brittany
