With QUINTO ELEMENTO SPA, it is now possible to have your moment of complete relaxation and well-being in the comfort of your home, hotel, or office. Our highly professional and carefully selected certified therapists will arrive with everything necessary to create an unforgettable experience with the quality that has distinguished us for the past 5 years.
All our treatments include what is necessary to create an unforgettable SPA experience whether you are HOME, A HOTEL, OR OFFICE. We bring a professional massage table, sheets, Tibetan bowl, aromatherapy, body and facial products, incense, and relaxing music. All of our massages include hot stones.
1. To book, just choose your desired service and send us a message with your information.
2. For now, this service is available exclusively in Playa del Carmen, from Monday to Sunday from 9 AM to 9 PM.
3. Send your payment by wire transfer or cash deposit at OXXO.
4. Wait for your therapist who will arrive with everything necessary to offer a Spa experience in the style of the Quinto Elemento Spa.

PAYMENT OF SERVICES AND CONDITIONS
- The prices listed above include all the corresponding taxes.
- A payment of at least 50% must be made in advance and the remainder in cash upon arrival of our therapist.
- Once the payment is made, we will send a confirmation by email or WhatsApp message.
- The "Client" must send his/her exact location. No changes will be accepted on the day of the scheduled service.
- If you are staying in a hotel, please notify the front desk staff and security so that our therapist can access the property.
- For your safety and that of our therapists, we require that you send us a copy of your official identification such as INE or PASSPORT to register your information in our booking engine.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
RESERVATIONS OF ONE OR TWO SERVICES.
Modifications to an existing booking are not accepted with the exception of: 1) complete or partial cancellations; 2) name change and / or, 3) specific indications for our Therapist. Partial cancellations can be made on reservations that have two services. All cancellations initiated by the Client, complete or partial, comply with the following considerations for the Client:

Without any penalty, cancellations done with at least a 24hrs notice before the service start date and time.

20% penalty, 4 hours before the service time and time.

100% penalty, cancellations done within less than 4 hours of the service time and date.
All cancellations must be made through the website or any written means such as email or WhatsApp.
The penalty percentages are applied to the net cost plus VAT of the canceled service (s). In no case or circumstance will we offer cash refunds or returns.
RESERVATIONS OF THREE OR MORE SERVICES.
The cancellation policy for these reservations depends on each case and is determined by QUINTO ELEMENTO SPA and previously communicated to the client.
CANCELLATIONS FOR COVID-19 OR INFECTIOUS DISEASES
The Client or Therapist must contact QUINTO ELEMENTO SPA at least 4 hours before the start of the service to cancel their reservation in case they present symptoms of COVID-19 or infectious diseases, or have been in contact with someone who presents these symptoms or have been diagnosed with an infectious disease.
Likewise, QUINTO ELEMENTO SPA reserves the right to cancel the service if it concludes that the health of either party is being put at risk or if local authority regulations restrict the service without prior notice. There will be no penalty for either party in these cases.
